• Account and identity verification data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing preferences and consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for two (2) years following account closure.

After the applicable retention period has expired, taraph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, it may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes, as it can no longer be used to identify you.

9. Children's Privacy
